Welcome to Elite Graded Collectibles Ltd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility
To purchase from us, you must:
Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information.
3. Nature of Goods
We sell graded collectibles such as [trading cards / comics / coins / other].
All grades are as stated in the product description, using either our own grading or recognised third-party grading companies (e.g., PSA, CGC, Beckett).
All sales are made as described. Condition details and photographs are provided for transparency.
Due to the unique and collectible nature of items, minor variations in colour or condition as depicted on-screen may occur.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before your order is confirmed.
5. Shipping
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or equivalent tracked service).
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked (or equivalent).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to cancel your order, unless the item is exempt (see below).
Due to the collectible nature of our products:
- Items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- We do not accept returns of items where the seal or protective case has been tampered with.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
7. Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that all graded items are genuine and as described. If an item is found to be counterfeit or incorrectly described, you are entitled to a full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for loss or damage once the item has been delivered to the address you provided.
We do not accept responsibility for loss in value due to market fluctuations after purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, images, and branding) is the property of Elite Graded Collectibles Ltd and their affiliates, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
